You will require excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience.

You will also have great people skills with strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.

You should hold a degree in a related discipline with significant experience in this area. Evidence of continued professional and management development will also be required.

You will receive a minimum of 26 days annual leave each year, in addition to bank holidays. This entitlement increases to a maximum 37 days after 10 years of service.

You will interpret engineering drawings and create specifications for Mechanical and Electrical Design Teams, ensuring systems are properly integrated into preconstruction plans.
