You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the infrastructure, lead technical improvements, and ensure the business remains resilient and well-supported. This includes managing internal team members, coordinating external suppliers, and ensuring the organisation's technology environment remains efficient, secure and fit for purpose.

You will be expected to contribute towards the creation and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation and provide material to support the project work or the operational support service.

You must be an effective communicator, comfortable directly engaging with customers and colleagues.
