You will take accountability for delivery across three clear workstreams: Continuous improvement of our in-house Research and Development capability through improvements to our rigs, plant and logging. This covers the T&D Laboratory, Dynos (Powertrain, Transmission, Brake, and Heat Rejection cells), and Materials Laboratory.

You will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance RF systems used across defence, aerospace, and critical infrastructure sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop RF systems, including transmitters, receivers, filters, and amplifiers. Work on schematic capture, PCB layout, and RF simulation (Altium and similar tools).

You will be required to identify blockers and issues early, suggest potential solutions and enable appropriate corrective action to be considered and taken to protect programme delivery.

You will manage any Handover and Completion matters through the Project level 1 and Routewide level 0 escalation process as required.
