You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that solutions deliver the intended business outcomes and support strategic goals.
You will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and develop within a supportive team environment. Essential Skills and Experience: - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
You will have the ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
You will be trained and able to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.
You will be working closely with other departments finding ways to increase machine reliability on existing and new equipment.
You will work shift patterns to support continuous operations, benefiting from a competitive salary and benefits.

You will also work closely with the operations team to ensure compliance to safety standards and regulations at all times.
