You will liaise with customers to understand project requirements, produce complex technical bids and proposals, scopes of work and communicate across multiple departments internally to assist in the completion of high level, bespoke projects for customers within defence, m&e, manufacturing, construction and more.
You will work across a wide range of projects, from early concept through to manufacture and delivery, often dealing with problems that do not come with a ready-made solution. This role will suit an experienced engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and responsibility, and who may be interested in stepping into broader technical leadership over time.
You will be a technical advisor to subcontractors and assist with quality control and assurance.
You will teach across our Level 2, Level 3, and HNC programmes, focusing on: •Electronics Theory – including circuit design, analogue/digital systems, and embedded technologies
You will also contribute to the development of our new T Level in Engineering, helping shape a curriculum that reflects current industry standards and future workforce needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive work structures, specifications, and proposals, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and company processes.
