Information Technology Support Engineer jobs in Humber, Devon
You will build internal capability and familiarity with a wide range of assistive software and hardware solutions.
You will support the End User Service and other customer-facing teams to develop the skills needed to be able to recommend appropriate technologies, including assistive technologies to customers with accessibility requirements.
You will be working with a small team of TEC Advisors, providing advice and assessing referrals from social care staff, partner agencies and the public.
You will then arrange with our service delivery partner for the installation of appropriate TEC solutions.
You will also review existing TEC installations to ensure the equipment continues to meet people's needs.
