You will have solid experience in MS 365 and facilities management work flow management systems.

You will hold a NVQ level 4 / HND or above in a construction or engineering-related field as well as a CSCS card, a full UK driving license and a safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.

You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly. Sytner Retail Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

You will work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams to produce persuasive, compliant bids that clearly articulate value, quality, and delivery excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong traditional bid skills with an interest in modernising and enhancing how bids are produced.

You will be provided with regular updates and training to develop your healthcare knowledge, as well as plenty of career development options including the opportunity to train as a Pharmacy Technician or as part of the store leadership team.
