You will be the go-to authority for our IT & Cyber product area, supporting Account Managers and BDMs to qualify opportunities, shape compelling solutions, and close complex IT deals. What You'll Be Doing: Product Expertise & Thought Leadership: - Act as the subject matter expert for all IT & Cyber product areas (e.g., cloud, cyber security, managed services, Microsoft 365, backup/DR).
You will be joining a collaborative environment where traders, researchers, and engineers work closely to solve complex problems in real time.
You will help ensure trading systems operate smoothly while contributing tools, automation, and process improvements that support quantitative strategies.
You will have an understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows 11, Adobe Acrobat Pro, iOS & Android operating systems, as well as knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange, Autopilot, Intune and Citrix.

You should be comfortable writing knowledge base documentation, scripting, and working with Windows servers and cloud/SaaS systems.
