You will assist in providing comprehensive administration and clerical support to the clinical staff of the Mental Health Service, multiple and diverse service users. Your duties will include:

You will need to be an excellent communicator with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to put patients at ease.

You will having previous experience working in a health care environment, ideally in a rehabilitation setting, and have a passion for the speciality.

You will work with the district nursing teams and other community nursing teams supporting the transformation of nursing and excellence in care agendas.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting modernisation of community nursing services within the Health and Social Care Partnership and provide the clinical experience necessary to support care delivery in the right place at the right time.

The role requires travelling across the Inverclyde area to visit patients in their homes, in care home and in clinics/health centres.

You must have a diploma/degree in Physiotherapy & current registration with the HCPC. Previous experience of working in the community is desirable & a driving licence is essential. You will have overall responsibility for the supervision/management of a health visiting caseload, being accountable for the quality of care delivered through robust assessment, referral and communication processes and implementation of evidence-based practice interventions to address need.
