You will be responsible for your team from scheduling to recruitment.

You will also care and ensure that health & safety and welfare issues are communicated effectively and promoted within your area of responsibility, understanding your responsibilities for and fulfilling your duties in accordance with the Trusts policies and procedures.

You will assume responsibility for the mechanical and electrical integrity of equipment by carrying out the following: Effective planned maintenance inspections, reviewing frequencies and parts used. Recommend improvements to maintenance schedules; carry out safety checks on equipment in line with legislation and best practice.

You will ensure that our customers are using safe and reliable equipment so that they can count on us to deliver customer excellence.
