You will have a background in process design and development that includes a strong understanding of whole-of-factory level impact and commercial considerations with regard to large change projects as well as continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
You will be an excellent communicator who is driven and committed to quality, continuous improvement. With previous experience in a similar environment, you will ‘ideally’ have a strong understanding of electro-mechanical assembly and production processes, as well as a demonstrable background in lean manufacturing techniques.
