You will be supporting within a short term service for children and young people; stabilising and preparing them for permanent family homes.
You will be offering therapeutic care for children aged 4 to 11 years.
You will be working for a company owned and run by experienced social work qualified Directors, with previous experience in managing successful children's social care businesses.
You will support compliance with the Data Protection Act, GDPR and the DSPT. Some of the key elements of the role include working across and supporting various teams within the Business, co-ordinating and monitoring audit completion, managing data breaches, writing and reviewing policies and delivering IG & compliance training.
You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and feel confident within the school environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in autism support, SEN, care, or behavioural support.
