You will work closely with the other social work staff and foster carers to ensure that quality standards are met in all assessments. Ideally you will have prior experience in fostering, however you will be considered with 2+ years experience post qualified in other areas of children's services.

You will also get a generous holiday allowance of 27 days.

You should have relevant industry experience and the ability to deliver multi-trade courses and hold relevant qualification at Level 3or above. The ability to communicate effectively with young people and adults and enthusiasm to help them achieve their qualification is essential.

You will join a strong, supportive team in helping young people with complex needs. You will be required to supervise approved Contract Partners, providing risk assessments and method statements where permit to work is required for a given task.

You will also be required to use a Toughbook/iPad to capture all work activity and job status in line with workflow processes.

You will join us on a permanent basis, with Full Time, Part Time and Relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour.
