You will have responsibility for providing a quality, efficient and effective customer experience from receipt of the order through to dispatch of the package. Main Duties and Accountabilities
You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
You should demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, reliability, integrity, and dedication to the role. This is an important role in an accident repair centre, which requires theory knowledge and practical ability to complete.
You will be provided with a client bank including high net worth individuals to provide high quality wealth management on pensions, investments, tax planning, savings and protection.
You should aim to grow the assets under management through bringing across additional assets, seeking referrals and identifying business opportunities.
You will report to our aftersales manager who will help impact your knowledge and experience along with the team, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise.
You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.
You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
You should be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook confidently. Knowledge of EASY would be helpful but not essential. Previous experience of working within a Senior Employee Services/Payroll role is required for this role, preferably NHS butnot essential.
You will be part of a growing and experienced team that works to ensure that health and safety standards are in place and adhered to at all times.
