You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.
You will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or student accommodation. Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation is a must and you must also be a qualified First Aider at Work.
You should be as happy managing your own trades workload or being hands on as you are managing the wider scheme's delivery and site team. Responsible for co-ordinating the scheme to successful completion, you'll also be liaising with the client, liaising with other trades (internal and external), and pushing the programme.
