You will provide a comprehensive management service across the leasehold and shared-ownership portfolio, taking ownership of complex cases and delivering expert advice on all aspects of leasehold management. Key Responsibilities - Manage a wide portfolio, taking full responsibility for all aspects of leasehold management.
You will also have:In-depth knowledge of leasehold and shared ownership legislation, including the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and the Landlord and Tenant Act. Experience managing assignments, consents, enfranchisement, and lease extensions. Strong understanding of service charge processes, including consultation and recovery.
You will be working closely with the Head of Client Affairs to develop and innovate the financial support services and debt recovery of the organisation. In this role, you will visit residents in their homes, making it both community-facing and office-based, with the option to work from home when business needs allow.
You will manage a high performing Income Team in a challenging and busy working environment. Supporting the team by providing advice and guidance on cases, conducting check ins (1-2-1s), case reviews, with monitoring and managing team performance.
You will need to be able to analyse and interpret data to help you make informed decisions to tackle arrears cases and monitor team performance.
You should technically be up to date with IFRS & IAS, and knowledge of IRIS and Sage Accounts would be a distinct advantage. On offer is a salary up to £75,000 depending on qualifications and experience with benefits to include company pension, healthcare, 25 days holidays and other flexible benefits.
