You will play a key role in supporting patients, families and carers to navigate health and social care systems, enabling safe discharges, preventing admissions and promoting independence.

You will work closely with nurses, therapists, doctors, mental health practitioners and community services to ensure holistic and joined-up care.

You will be responsible for the effective management of waste across our sites, ensuring bin collections are completed on schedule and fly-tipping is promptly cleared to maintain clean, safe, and presentable environments.

You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.

You will also be responsible for all of our footage retrieval requests, firmware upgrades and SD card swaps. Additional to this you will be the main labour source for our de-installations, where you will attend sites to remove our kit safely from our customers vehicles and sending this back to our workshop.

You will ensure that we keep children at the heart of our assessments, interventions and decision making so that they, and their families, receive coordinated and appropriate support in order to create safer communities with fewer victims.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
