You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

You will be dealing with inbound and making outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding debts. - Handle difficult conversations with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. - Accurately input information taken during your conversations on to the CRM system updating customer progress and details.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with care and efficiency. The duties of a Customer Service Advisor: Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiriesLogging and updating customer information accurately on the systems.

You will respond to queries about products, orders, warranties and technical queries whilst using our full suite of systems and tools such as CRM, telephony platforms, case management etc to ensure timely, professional resolutions. With the full Customer Experience at the heart of all you do, delivering exceptional service will be your day to day goal.

You will almost always be having a real conversation, not following a script. The team also carries out operational processes, including administering gas supply switches and meter readings. This involves a variety of regular tasks, including requesting and recording information from customers (such as meter readings) and the handling of customer requests and queries.

You will Provide excellent customer service whilst assisting in varied technical fact-finding conversations.

You will be comfortable with life cycle of our customers queries and be on hand to offer rapid solutions.

You will undertake administrative tasks within the office, process cancellations, and support the retentions team.
