You will use your attention to detail and customer focus to take ownership of your work, guide and assist customers, and achieve the best possible outcome. This an office-based role within our Eastbourne facility. The hours are 37.5 hours per week from Monday – Friday. Some bank holiday work will be required too.

You will work across our fuel poverty and retrofit projects supporting project managers and key staff to ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. The role will be varied, and some tasks will change over time as we secure further funded projects that require administrative support.

You will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays).

You will also manage existing clients, handle customer inquiries, and ensure that payments are up-to-date. When clients move out, you will check and prepare units for reallocation. Regular spot checks around the sites are also part of your duties. Ideally, you will be based in our Eastbourne Self-Store, but you will also visit our other locations in Bexhill, Hailsham, and Newhaven.
