You will be primarily focused on Motor, Household, VIP Motor and Household and associated fringe covers based in the Nottingham office. The role of the Personal Lines Insurance Advisor: - Assisting customers with their renewals, mid term alterations and new business enquiries.
You will be handling inbound calls, taking accurate messages and passing these on to the relevant teams.

You will be a strong communicator, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
You will ideally possess some previous customer service experience within a telephone based or contact centre environment: - Excellent listening skills - CCTV (SIA) badge advantageous, but not essential – We have opportunities for both badge holders & non-badge holders
You will already be customer focused with a can-do attitude and a positive approach.
You will demonstrate proven experience of managing a complex / high volume function as well as experience in managing performance in a coaching culture, sharing best practice and encouraging learning.
You must be based in the UK with the right to work - You’ll need a quiet place to work from home and reliable broadband – all other kit is provided - You’ll be working shifts across a 7-day rota, with most teams working 2 out of every 5 weekends - Shifts are planned 4–6 weeks in advance and won’t go later than 8pm
