You will work closely with site management, transport planners, drivers, and customer stakeholders to identify and implement best-in-class transport solutions. This is a regional role, so you can be based at anyone of 3 sites for this contract, Lea Green, Andover or Avonmouth with travel to these sites including Thurrock.
You will work under the direction of the Education Improvement Officer -SEND to be an integral part of an outstanding new team.
You will show evidence of a career providing high quality education for students with a wide range of needs, including SEND, both academically and socially.
You will be an experienced Home Manager (have at least 3 years experience of managing a Care/Nursing Home) with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care and history of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care through continuous improvement.
You will lead a dedicated team to ensure young people receive the highest standard of care. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing rotas, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates should have residential childcare experience and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
