You will be a key player in ensuring the high standards of compliance are maintained and that facilities are safe and fit for purpose.

You will manage a team of Facilities Assistants and work closely with the Estates Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the internal and external environment is conducive to the promotion of learning.

You will be confident managing inspections, electrical compliance and health and safety.

You will hold IOSH certification and ideally have mechanical or electrical training and 18th edition wiring knowledge.

You will manage vehicle breakdowns whilst ensuring that the impact to the retailer is kept to a minimum.

You will also be responsible for analysing Tacho-graph infringement report and go through infringement with drivers as well as liaising with the Warehouse Operation to ensure timely loading and departure of loads.
