You will also participate in anout‑of‑hours on‑call rota, including overnight, weekend, and bankholiday cover, supported by an on‑callallowance. ResponsibilitiesAssessimpact and urgency, declare Major Incidents, and initiate businesscontinuity or disaster recovery procedures whenrequired.

You will deal with existing business and new business broking opportunities whilst also having the opportunity to visit clients. Servicing client accounts within the renewals lifecycle process, including renewal administration, preparation of presentations to insurers, negotiating premiums with underwriters, processing adjustments and preparing client reports and other documentation.

You will be able to demonstrate a goodunderstanding of category and procurement strategies and be able toprioritise your workload and work well under pressure. This is akey role to ensure all customer complaints are investigatedthoroughly so effective communication and interpersonal skills areessential.

You will be fully registered with the GMC, and have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or have eligibility for it and be able achieve this on appointment). Main duties of the job

You will have relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.

You will also be a qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.

You will hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
