You will actively identify opportunities for VAT services and promote them internally and externally and manage the delivery of VAT planning projects, negotiating with HMRC on VAT disputes.

You will be ideally qualified across any of ACA/ACCA/CTA etc and have specialised in VAT operating around the VAT Manager levels.

You will have an all-around accounts/tax career background gained within any of small, medium or large tier accountancy firms, as an all-round general accountancy practice professional acting for wide ranging clients and will be very interested in the prospect to move away from managing compliance, to focus entirely on delivering planning work and advice.

You will take on increasing responsibility for developing client relationships, taking on a portfolio and work on wider advisory, tax planning and business services in addition delivering on wider project work.

You will manage a team and act as key support to the firms directors, with a development and progression path on offer as you will carve an influential key role within this firm.

You will manage the delivery of wide ranging, complex compliance and planning projects to varied clients and play a key role in the further growth and development of their tax department, with excellent career progression on offer.

You will be any of ACA/CTA qualified or holding similar qualifications, with a career background within corporate tax compliance and planning.
