You will work across multiple functions, building the right relationships to activate key teams and remove delivery blockers. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can independently manage priorities, assess risks, and ensure successful project completion without unnecessary delay.

You will lead the process of integrating this technology into new customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This is a critical leadership role, setting the standard for innovation and excellence in RPO delivery across global enterprises.

You will be responsible for configuring the platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and fully onboarding clients to maximise adoption and value. Key Responsibilities• Lead ESG software implementation projects from planning through to go-live. • Configure, customise, and optimise the platform to meet client needs.

You will develop an understanding of how businesses use ConnexOne to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace

You will make a global impact, collaborating with clients and teams across continents to revolutionise contact centre operations.

You will have strong dialer configuration skills.

You must have 2+ years of hands-on experience leading the technical implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for enterprise-level websites.

You must be proficient enough in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to actively read, debug, and write custom code within GTM for advanced tracking and data layer manipulation.

You will lead the configuration and implementation of NEC Charter software and services within agreed timescales, quality standards, and budget.

You will be customer-facing, gathering and documenting requirements with clarity, and collaborating with other teams where appropriate.
