You will work across multiple functions, building the right relationships to activate key teams and remove delivery blockers. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can independently manage priorities, assess risks, and ensure successful project completion without unnecessary delay.

You will lead the process of integrating this technology into new customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This position sits within the Customer Success organization and is field-based, with travel of approximately 30%.

You will have hands on experience of working with Certinia or FinancialForce with a SalesForce environment.

You will probably with Certinia certified or have the old FinancialForce certification,
