You will work closely with internal teams and clients to configure environments, validate requirements, and provide guidance during the initial implementation phase. The Role:Produce and maintain tenant configuration files, ensuring secure management of technical secret sets.

You will be responsible for advising and working with customers to help them understand, implement, configure or test good practice use of Zellis’ suite of customer solutions and advise on industry leading processes and operational service design. This role may lead delivery directly or will work closely with the implementation project or programme manager.

You will create order and sense out of complexity and uncertainty and enable confident, data-inspired decision making. In this role, you will thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative environment that values unique perspectives, rewards innovation, and challenges the status quo.

You should have an appetite to drive change, understand our business and have an enthusiasm to learn.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the progression team and team leader, ensuring KPIs are met, and driving continuous improvements across the board. This is a full time, permanent, office-based position that can offer a competitive annual salary up to £50K, pending experience, OTE up to £75K and monthly car allowance.
