You will report directly to the founder and work closely with technical leadership and senior contributors to keep product work moving from idea to release.

You will be joining at a point where delivery quality and speed really matter, with the opportunity to shape how product work gets done across the company.

You will lead a department of operational team leaders and their teams (up to 80 colleagues), shaping strategy, driving continuous improvement and process efficiency into the claims journey, and fostering a culture where colleagues are engaged, supported, and empowered to deliver excellence.

You will be responsible for determining and providing the correct maintenance strategy for the site equipment; this involves optimising preventative and proactive maintenance against reliability and cost objectives.
