You will oversee and support the management of a complex clinical caseload of patients with specialist clinical services as an autonomous practitioner. You'll work closely with the Operational Manager of Specialist Clinical services to lead in the strategic development and advancement of clinical practice in continence (Bladder & Bowel) and product delivery services.
You will spearhead the development and management of strategic relationships with employers, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and value.
You must be able to demonstrate success in building and maintaining effective business relationships and maximising business opportunities, be able to demonstrate continued success in meeting and exceeding targets in a sales role.
You will ensure that the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) enhances production planning and resource scheduling.
You will focus on optimizing resource allocation, improving production timelines, and aligning operational goals with the MES's functionalities.
You will bridge the gap between production teams and digital systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
You will work collaboratively with the Perinatal and Paediatric Governance Teams , supporting learning from incidents and embedding a positive safety culture in line with the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) .
You will create works instructions and assist in the implementation of new processes. The role includes working 39 hours per week with attractive remuneration, an 8% pension, and 25 days holiday.
