You will own tasks such as SSO configuration, user provisioning, and data integration. This role is well suited to someone who is currently (or has previously) worked in a hands-on engineering capacity (tech stack C# . NET, Azure), but is also happy operating in a heavily customer-facing role.
You will lead the process of integrating this technology into new customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This position sits within the Customer Success organization and is field-based, with travel of approximately 30%.
