You will prescribe for patients, regularly review medications and monitor repeat prescriptions. You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis.
You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and carers assessments.
You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or possess equivalent experience, with a strong background in HR generalist roles across the UK and ideally Europe. You’ll bring a proactive and hands-on approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to support a culturally diverse team.
