You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of ambitious, complex and multi-faceted transformation workstreams, including elements of system redesign and implementation, remodelling of services, behaviour change and delivery of savings.

You will have proven experience in project management along with a desire to progress these skills further.

You will also oversee our Employer Engagement team, who work closely with businesses to source suitable job opportunities, promote inclusive employment practices, and provide ongoing support, including in‑work retention, to ensure positive outcomes for both participants and employers.

You will be familiar with the relevant legislative processes relating to Fostering, have a positive attitude, good problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, such as other local authorities, transport agencies, and utility contractor companies, to ensure compliance. Acting as the County Council representative at Regional JAG / HAUC and national meetings as required.
