You will lead on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring all users receive timely and effective assistance. Youll work closely with the Head of IT to make sure we are getting the most out of our internal and telephony systems.

You will contribute to everything from data analysis to consumer research and be accountable for operational tasks such as systemic data management (PLM), sample management and other administrative duties that support the smooth running of the department.

You will be our feet on the ground, representing HRS at key industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to support proactive outreach and relationship building.

You will develop new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and help position HRS as a leader in nutrition communications.

You will be responsible for: - Conducting face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process. - Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom - Participating collaboratively in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed
