You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The exact work pattern will be discussed at interview. In addition, you will also be required to work a maximum of four Saturdays per year from 08:00 to 13:00 with the time claimed back the following week. Occasionally, you may be required to support out-of-hours school events.
You will be working within the education sector supplying excellent handpicked and carefully selected Teaching professionals across the Southampton area whilst building strong links across all departments with key stakeholders.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your field, whether it be in work, education, or sport!

You will create resources and an environment that caters to the needs and special interests and motivations of individual students. The successful SEN Teacher will be teaching a mixed KS3 class all of whom have a diagnosis of autism. The pupils follow a semi formal curriculum and you will be ably supported by a team of TAs all of whom are experienced and know the pupils, their routines and needs.
