You will be an electrically biased engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing / factory environment, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline. You will oversee transmission tower structural assessments and design outputs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Alongside this, you'll help drive continuous improvement in team delivery, support staff development, and work closely with senior engineering leadership to maintain technical excellence during a period of sustained growth.

You will ensure that design deliverables meet the project specifications and construction requirements while enhancing team performance through focused staff training and upgraded engineering tools and systems. While this is a hybrid position, it can be based out of any Wood office, candidates who can work from Glasgow or Horsham may be prioritised.

You will also join a call-out rota (frequency to be confirmed) and will have access to regular overtime.
