You will be contracted to work a minimum of 37 hours per week. The normal working pattern for this role is office hours, however flexibility is required for our operation meaning “out of hours” work is not uncommon. The role includes responsibility for out of hours depot visits, with an on- call requirement, covering a 7- day period.
You will also manage site files ensuring that statutory and technical compliance along with health and safety procedures are met on site.
You will have a technical knowledge of M&E building services maintenance and of Health & Safety procedures in daily site operation. An electrical and/or mechanical qualification would be a distinct advantage.
You will handle key assigned accounts and develop solid business relationships with brand partners through regular and proactive contact.
You will pre-define proposal completion deadlines with all leaders.
