You will provide comprehensive welfare benefits and money advice to customers, helping them maximise their income to afford and maintain their tenancies.
You must have a full driving licence and the use of a vehicle with business insurance. This post is subject to an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

You will work closely with internal clients and stakeholders, managing your own caseload while ensuring legal compliance and excellent service delivery.
