You will join our team in Luton, working in and around the district, where we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies.
You will also manage your own caseload and inspire your team to meet both service and individual targets,
You will need to hold a qualification in CBT/EMDR or IPT/PCEC and have accreditation.
You will assess service users' suitability for evidence-based interventions and deliver a wide range of Step 2 psychological therapies, both on a one-to-one basis and through therapeutic groups. You will work alongside partner agencies to develop and co-produce training materials and support the delivery of whole school approach models for mental health. Work in partnership with schools CYP, and families in the development of plans for the intervention and agreed outcomes.
