You will be based in Norwich city centre, where you will be able to enjoy the vibrant mix of historic charm and modern amenities, great shops, cafes, and cultural attractions all just steps from your workplace at lunchtime or after work.
You will play a key role in championing the NNUH People Promise and our PRIDE values.
You must be able to interview and start immediately.
You will have change management experience gained through directly relevant work, with knowledge and understanding of the full end to end management of the implementation process, from planning, engagement, and communications through to delivery and co-ordination of all HR resource activities as required.
You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
You will provide a friendly, single point of contact to our customers from arrival at the service desk, keeping them informed about the progress of their vehicle throughout the day, ensuring they are completely satisfied with their experience. The key aspects of your role will be:
