You will lead the creation of a centralised Frailty Learning Hub, bringing together system-wide training offers and resources. The hub will support both registered and non-registered workforce across acute, community, primary care, social care, VCSE, and care home settings.
You will be a confident practitioner who will be comfortableworking under your own autonomy, and you will not be expected to work outsideof your competency.
You will be a registered practitioner with experience ofminor illness, such as a GP or a prescribing advanced practitioner.
You will be the first point of contact for the Hub, ensuring our operations run smoothly and our professional development programmes are delivered effectively.
You will handle everything from diary management and event logistics to data integrity and financial administration.
