You will support various industrial projects, particularly in Oil & Gas, leveraging your expertise in safety culture and human factors. The role requires strong technical leadership, project management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.

You will ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and company policies, while cultivating a proactive safety culture across the organisation.

You will promote a positive health and safety culture within the organisation and provide expert advice and support to employees across both sites.

You will be able to engage effectively with external and internal stakeholders to drive performance and raise awareness of waste and natural environment controls.

You will have a good understanding and application of all relevant regulatory and assurance frameworks, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

You will work closely with managers across all departments, including the Quality Manager, to ensure safety, health, and environmental best practice is integrated into every aspect of our operations.
