You will help ensure that developmental growth is balanced with our nature recovery programme and values.
You will have a good knowledge of biodiversity legislation, policy, mitigation and enhancements to provide expert advice to colleagues, applicants and the general public on a wide range of planning applications and pre-application enquires, ensuring the Council meets its statutory requirements.
You will work with teams within SHTC and will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider HR team across the UK and various other SLB locations globally.
You will be responsible for assisting with the management of annual global and local HR initiatives within the location.
You will need to have a background in nursing and have an active PIN. This role is full time and permanent working 40 hours per week, usually over 5 shifts of 8 hours although there is a level of flexibility. Applicants must be aware that there may be a need to work evenings and weekends at times.
