You will apply best-practice strategic sourcing methodologies including demand management, total cost of ownership, supplier relationship management, competitive tendering, and contract optimisation.
You will play a key role in shaping how services are sourced and delivered, helping to embed best practice, improve commercial discipline, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
You will be part of the HR team, acting as a strategic HR business partner to the Corporate Functions client group (HR, Corporate Communications, Finance, and Legal).
You will collaborate with other HRBPs and CoE teams to deliver innovative and business-focused HR initiatives across the Corporate Functions.
