You will learn how to assess and control risks, understand legal responsibilities, and investigate incidents. Step 2 – NEBOSH General Certificate Build on your foundation with the NEBOSH General Certificate, the gold standard for health and safety professionals. This qualification covers workplace hazards, health and safety legislation, and how to design and implement effective safety systems.

You will oversee the full HR remit, with particular focus on employee relations, safer recruitment, compliance, and stakeholder management.

You will also lead on HR policies, training, and inspection preparation, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards. Key Responsibilities

You will also ideally have previous experience working in a busy HR team. This is a part time position of 22.5 hours per week over 4 days. A priority will be for you to manage the day-to-day HR admin & recruitment needs for one of Johnsons biggest business units as well as get involved in working on a range of HR projects and initiatives.
