You will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified (or similar), have strong employment law knowledge alongside excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
You must have experience of working within an HR environment and be able to work as part of a fast-paced team.
You will be IT literate and have strong communication and interpersonal skills together with excellent organisational skills.
