You will come from a HR ops background, and understand the pain points of delivering projects in HR and then have moved in to projects. You’ll be tasked with managing projects from plan to execution, within whatever methodology you deem fit.

You will have full sight of the entire employee journey from Recruitment, Inductions, ER training and development while also working with the HR Manager on future projects focusing on engagement and retention. In addition you will have the support of subjects experts in Recruitment, L&D, Reward, and working closely with the wider UK and Ireland HR team.
