You will be required to commit to 2 weeks full time orientation (Mon to Fri) in order for you to be able to continue with shifts. Previous call handling experience is essential and previous NHS Administrative experience is desirable. We are looking for staff who would be available between the hours of 0800-1700, Mon to Fri & weekend cover.
