You will work directly with service users to prevent tenancy breakdown, support successful move on from temporary accommodation, and help people build the skills and stability needed to maintain independent living.
You will manage a caseload of individuals living in private rented, council or supported housing, delivering personalised, housing focused support.
You will effectively support in the management of a range of stakeholders within Witherslack Group, leading the development, planning and implementation of a strategy that optimises value for money, enabling our schools and homes continue to provide the best level of education and care to our young people.
