You will have a background in large 4* or 5* Hotels with a strong F&B and Event business, ideally with Pre Opening or New Hotel experience.

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee (18K-£35K) upon completion.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain practical experience by using practice labs which enable you to practice and master what you have learned.

You will ensure the safety of our customers staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile.

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times.

You will also support and guide development teams and create best-practice templates and processes.
