You will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, complex needs, or trauma backgrounds, while leading shifts and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality, compliant care.
You will support young people with daily routines, maintain accurate recording and reporting, and complete essential home and young person paperwork.
You will learn to complete risk assessments, care plans and document checks.
You will regularly lead shifts, complete weekly home checks, support managers, deputies and senior staff, and occasionally assist other homes in a shift-leading capacity.
